CHLOE SMITH
Chloe Smith is an arts administrator, public art manager and organizer based in St. Louis. Currently as the Grants and Public Art Manager at the Regional Arts Commission (RAC), Chloe’s primary focus is on grant and program administration, public art management and strategy development, and supporting artists. In her role, Chloe is motivated to develop streamlined grant applications, artist friendly processes, and policies and programs informed by community and artist input.
Previously, she was the Curatorial Assistant at Laumeier Sculpture Park, where she worked on projects including updating the public art archive, revision of copyright permissions in the museum archive, and oversight of the loan renewal process.
Chloe completed Explore St. Louis, Hospitality Training in 2017 and the Focus St. Louis’ Emerging Leaders Program in the Fall of 2022. She received a certificate in Public Art & Pedagogy from Duke University- Coursra in 2023. Chloe holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a certification in Arts Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
