Laumeier Sculpture Park presents a new exhibition, How We See: Materiality and Color, a chromatic display of sculpture, painting, drawing and photography.
How We See: Materiality and Color presents the work of six artists in Laumeier’s Aronson Fine Arts Center, opening March 2 at 11 a.m. The artwork gathered activates the science of color through various combinations of materials and media, including drawing, painting, photography, sculpture and installation.
The March 2 opening reception beginning at 11 a.m. includes a gallery talk with three of the artists and curator at 11:30 a.m. and an outdoor performance by artist Claire Ashley at 1 p.m.
