Virginia Harold is a photographer with deep roots in St. Louis and over a decade of experience working across portraiture, documentary, and arts-based photography. Raised in Hilo, Hawai‘i by a mother who is a prolific artist, she grew up immersed in creative practice from an early age, shaping her sensitivity to visual language, craft, and process. She has worked extensively with institutions, big and small, including the Pulitzer Arts Foundation, The Luminary, and the Stephen and Peter Sachs Museum at the Missouri Botanical Garden, collaborating closely with artists and cultural organizations. As a juror, Virginia values strong work across mediums, from concept-driven pieces to work rooted in craft and visual appeal.
